There are various aspects related to the marketing output that might include market conditions, rivals, advertising budget, marketing algorithms, and collaboration from the clients.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Supply accurate and comprehensive business information.

Provide access to necessary accounts, resources, or approvals on time.

Ensure all content, products, and services are in accordance with the law.

Vijay Digital Solutions is not liable for delays and/or failures due to incomplete/inaccurate information procured from the client.

  1. Payments & Refunds

All fees are required to be paid in advance except as agreed in writing by HMA or any of its affiliates or consultants

Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated within a written contract.

Untimely payments may lead to the withholding and/or terminating of services.

  1. Intellectual Property

All contents, strategies, creatives, reports, and materials produced by Vijay Digital Solutions shall remain our property unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Use and distribution of the same are strictly prohibited.

Services that we provide may include third-party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, or freelancing platforms. Vijay Digital Solutions will not be responsible for or liable to any change, suspension, or policy update on third-party platforms.
